a NONREFUNDABLE booking fee of 25% is required to secure all reservations.

the booking fee is also credited towards the final amount owed at the end of the service.

ALL SQUEEZE IN SERVICES WILL BE CHARGED $40 ADDITIONAL TO THE SERVICE REQUESTED.

NO GUESTS: additional guests will not be accommodated at your reservation.

CANCELLATIONS

if you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, the booking fee will NOT be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS!

if you would like to reschedule, you must reach out 48 hours before scheduled reservation,

if you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your reservation, your nonrefundable deposit will be kept. if you do not show up for your reservation and do not provide any notice, you will be banned.

TARDINESS

a 15-minute grace period is given. after 15 minutes, the reservation will be canceled (WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES), and the deposit will not be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS!

PAYMENTS

we accept cash app, apple pay, card, or cash for the remaining balance of your service.
